Fun Gardening
Who knew gardening could be more than hard work, and actually be fun? I did! My gardening adventure began long before I actually started my own garden. When I was younger I helped my grandmother one summer with her garden and at that time I had no clue that I would love it so much later in life!
Gardening can seem really daunting to some and I hear the expression "brown thumb" quite often. To be fair, my mother is probably the one I hear it the most from, but I am determined to turn her thumb green! She has seriously killed a cactus with ease, y'all! Regardless of what she, or you, may have done with plants in the past, throw all that out the window and stick with me! We may kill some plants, we may grow some plants, but one thing is for sure, we will have FUN while doing it!
Not all gardeners are professionals and that is why you see them putting multiple seeds in each hole and why they start much more than they need. Gardening is NOT and exact science because there are way to many variables to account for! Weather is the TOP contender in ruining anyones garden. Heck, that's probably why so many people have opted to have greenhouses and high tunnels!
Don't be discouraged about your plants just because the ones you have tried didn't work out. Keep trying! Never give up! You will get it! This page is where I will randomly be dropping some insight into gardening and how to have fun with it! Tips on how to get certain plants to grow and ways to make the most of your garden!
